Rental Venues

A number of venues are offered:-

Creekside Hall: The venue has a maximum capacity 240 people* for events such as seminars, and a maximum capacity of 120 people for weddings and banquets. The halls  opens onto a patio and garden area. There is a stage, screen, podium, PA system available.

Townside Hall: This hall has a maximum capacity  of 100* people. This includes a sitting room area with couches and armchairs.

Board Room: The room has a maximum capacity 20 people*

Activity Room: This room has a maximum capacity 35 people*. Suitable for exercise, yoga, board meetings

*Maximum capacities per Alberta Fire Code

Facilities: The Centre is NOT equipped for cooking. Caterers are available in Canmore to supply meals and servers

Kitchen: Use of a kitchen can be included in the rental of any hall or room. Includes:
Fridge (no freezer), Warming ovens (no stove), Dishes, cutlery, coffee makers, urns

Additional Details

Furniture: Both halls have chairs plus round tables (seat 8) and rectangular tables (seat 8 or 10) that can be arranged to suit any function.

10 Long Tables – 8′ x 3′, 18 Round Tables – 5′ diameter, 13 Small Tables – 3′ x 3′, 120 Chairs

Parking: There is limited reserved parking surrounding the halls and off site parking located nearby.

Rental Terms: A contract and damage deposit is required to reserve the use of the halls. The contracts are available at the  Canmore Seniors Center office or by calling (403) 678-2457.
